“By participating in this event, I release from liability and waive my right to sue Peace of Paradise Properties, LLC also doing business as Another World Music Festival 2024 and their employees, volunteers, bands, members, and agents from any and all claims, including claims of negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in this event, travel to and from this event, or any events incidental to this festival.

I am voluntarily participating in this event. I understand that there are risks associated with my participation in this event, such as physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death, or economic loss. These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the event location or facilities.

Nonetheless, I assume all risks of my participation in this event, whether known or unknown to me, including travel to and from the event or any events incidental to this event. I agree to hold Peace Of Paradise Properties, LLC & Another World Music Festival 2024 harmless from any and all claims, including loss, damage, or theft of my personal property, liabilities and costs, and attorney’s fees incurred as a result of my participation in this event, travel to and from the event, or any events incidental to this event.

I have read this agreement and I am signing it freely. In the interest of my own safety and the safety of others, I agree to abide by all event guidelines as written and as instructed by event staff and volunteers.

I understand the legal consequences of purchasing this ticket as marking my agreement to these terms, including

(a) releasing Peace of Paradise Properties, LLC & Another World Music Festival 2024 from all liability,
(b) waiving my right to sue Peace of Paradise Properties, LLC & Another World Music Festival 2024,
(c) assuming all risks of participating in this event, including travel to and from the event or any events incidental to this event, and
(d) abiding by event guidelines and the instructions of event staff and volunteers.”
